What VidiMax Does
VidiMax is an on-premise display management system that sends real-time information to every screen in your facility — automatically. Whether you need to push a severe weather warning the moment the National Weather Service issues it, show equipment runtime data on the production floor, or trigger a full-screen alert when your fire alarm panel fires, VidiMax handles it from a single server running on your local network.
Facility Emergency Alerts — Any Trigger, Any Source
When something goes wrong inside your facility, VidiMax gets the message to every screen immediately. Connect it to your fire alarm panel, a network push button on the floor, or any system that can send a RESTful API command — and VidiMax pushes a full-screen alert to whatever displays you choose, at whatever priority level you set. P1 Critical alerts interrupt everything else on every screen instantly. You can configure separate alert templates for different scenarios: fire evacuation, hazmat spill, shelter in place, lockdown, or any other procedure your facility runs.
NWS Severe Weather Alerts — Automatic, County-Level, 24/7
VidiMax connects directly to the National Weather Service API and monitors alerts for your specific county around the clock. The moment the NWS issues a warning or watch for your area, VidiMax pushes a full-screen alert to every display in your facility — with no human action required. You can configure different visual templates for different alert types, and set priority levels so the most critical alerts always interrupt whatever is currently on screen.

VidiMax supports all 110 NWS alert types. Alerts most relevant for industrial and commercial facilities include:
- Life Safety: Tornado Warning, Severe Thunderstorm Warning, Earthquake Warning, Tsunami Warning, Volcano Warning, Extreme Wind Warning, Snow Squall Warning
- Industrial & Facility: Hazardous Materials Warning, Nuclear Power Plant Warning, Radiological Hazard Warning, Shelter In Place Warning, Evacuation Immediate, Civil Danger Warning, Civil Emergency Message, Local Area Emergency
- Severe Weather: Flash Flood Warning, Blizzard Warning, Ice Storm Warning, Extreme Heat Warning, Extreme Cold Warning, High Wind Warning, Dust Storm Warning, Hurricane Warning, Winter Storm Warning
- Watches & Advisories: Tornado Watch, Severe Thunderstorm Watch, Flash Flood Watch, Winter Storm Watch, Hurricane Watch, Air Quality Alert, Dense Fog Advisory, and more

Need alerts for weather events not covered by the NWS feed — such as lightning strike detection, site-specific wind thresholds, or air quality triggers? VidiMax supports custom third-party weather API integrations. Contact us to discuss a custom integration request.
If you have Netbell audio equipment, VidiMax simultaneously triggers your speakers, bells, or tone generators so every alert is both seen and heard.

Equipment and Sensor Data — Right Where People Need It
If you’re running Linortek iTrixx hour meters or eIO sensor controllers, VidiMax can pull that data and display it live on any screen. A production manager walking the floor can glance at a monitor and see current equipment runtime across the whole line, without going back to a computer. Sensor readings from eIO I/O controllers — temperature, pressure, relay states — can be displayed the same way, updated in real time.

Scheduled Messages and Automation
VidiMax lets you build IF/THEN automation rules that run without anyone at the controls. Push a shift-change message on a schedule, show a countdown timer when someone presses a network button, display safety reminders at set times, or show a large real-time clock on a facility monitor. Set it once and it runs on its own.
On-Premise, No Subscription
VidiMax runs entirely on your local network. Your data stays behind your firewall. No monthly fees, no cloud dependency, no subscription to manage.
