Place network push-button stations at practical locations such as supervisor stations and reception, and assign each button a pre-recorded message to match your emergency code. Supervisors can carry a wireless key fob, and anyone at a computer can use the free QuickAction app.
Use IP horn speakers in production and warehouse areas, and wall or ceiling speakers in offices and hallways. Build paging groups around those spaces so messages can go to selected areas or across the facility.
How It works
Netbell and VidiMax work together over your facility’s network for audible & visual alerts
Staff press a button or use QuickAction. Connected equipment or a National Weather Service warning can also start it automatically.
The Netbell-NTG-B sends the emergency message to your IP speakers. Staff can follow up with live updates from an IP microphone or a phone.
VidiMax puts the same emergency code and instructions on the screens, so people in the loud areas see it even if they missed the page.
When the emergency is over, the system can trigger an all-clear message over speakers and displays so workers know it’s safe to resume operations.

It’s a system that warns everyone in your building about an emergency and tells them what to do. Linortek’s system works on-site, with Netbell IP speakers for the spoken message and VidiMax screens for the written one, triggered by a button, an app, or your connected equipment.
Start with who you need to reach and where. The alarm has to be heard over the noise in every area, so loud spots need horn speakers, and areas where people wear hearing protection need screens too. Each emergency should have its own signal your people recognize, the buttons should be where someone will actually be when things go wrong, and the system should be easy to test. Yes. Supervisors can page live from your VoIP phones through the AU-711-SIP gateway. Pre-recorded alerts can be set off with a wired button, a wireless key fob, or our free QuickAction app, or by tying the system into your fire, security, or gas detection equipment through a digital input or our RESTful API. With VidiMax, it also watches National Weather Service alerts and sends the warning on its own.
Audible alerts are spoken messages or tones over the speakers. Visual alerts are on-screen messages on VidiMax displays or LED signs – “LOCKDOWN – SHELTER IN PLACE,” for example. Pairing both means the message still gets through in a noisy plant, or for anyone who can’t hear the announcement.
They’re mostly two names for the same job – getting a warning out to everyone fast. “Alert system” usually means the audible and visual warning inside your building; “notification system” often adds ways to reach people off-site, like text or email. Yes. Everything runs on your local network, and each device stores its own settings and messages, so paging, buttons, and scheduled signals keep working without the internet. The only feature that needs it is VidiMax weather alerts. Because the speakers get their audio and power over your network, we recommend putting your network switches on battery backup (UPS).
