The Netbell-4-4Buz is a one-stop solution for factories, industrial facilities, warehouses to build a fully automated web-based timed alert system for signaling shift changes, breaks and any other timed signal applications in areas of high ambient noise levels. This kit includes one Netbell-4K networked Bell Controller, four high quality 4 inch high output buzzer kits (100dBa @10′, volume adjustable), each buzzer can cover up to 25,000sqf industrial working area at normal noise level.
The Netbell-4K is a network enabled bell controller installed within a NEMA (IP66) rated box that can be used in environment where dust and non-direct water are issues. There are 4 relay outputs (Dry Contact, 1-Form-A relay 48VAC@8A Max) that can be used to control up to 4 bells/buzzers and other timed signal equipment, 1 digital input that can be used to wire a push switch to ring the buzzer manually for emergency. It’s built on a TCP/IP platform with a built-in web server and special software designed for scheduling a bell system, all software and mounting hardware required for installation and operation are included. With the built-in web interface, you can access, control and schedule bells over a network or the Internet, no additional software or designated computer required.
It’s ready to go out of the box, wire the buzzers to the buzzer (relay) outputs of the Netbell-4K controller, plug the controller to the power outlet with the provided power supply, and connect it to the network switch with the provided cables, it can be connected anywhere on the network and does not require a direct connection to a PC. Scheduling and setup are accessed through any standard web browser or BellScheduler desk app. For those who wish to forego networking the Netbell, it is also able to function as a stand-alone device. Connecting the unit to a PC, add the bell schedules, then remove, and it will function as scheduled.
