How it works

A complete paging system in three steps

No amplifiers, no proprietary wiring. Everything runs over the network you already have.

1

Connect over PoE

Each speaker plugs into a single network cable for both power and audio. Run one wire, mount, done.

2

Set zones in your browser

Group speakers into zones and manage everything from a simple web interface. No software to install.

3

Page, schedule & alert

Make live announcements, automate break and shift tones, and trigger emergency alerts instantly.

Works with your phones

Keep the phone system you already have

Page directly from your VoIP platform. SIP speakers register as extensions, or bridge IP speakers with a gateway.

Cisco Avaya 3CX FreePBX Asterisk Grandstream

Upgrading from an old analog or 70V system? We bridge it, so you keep your existing speakers.

Built for your facility

One system, sized to where you work

From a single noisy floor to a multi-building campus, the right speakers for every space.

Warehouse & Manufacturing

Loud horn speakers cut through 85+ dB of machine noise across high-ceiling floors.

Schools & Campuses

Ceiling speakers for classrooms and halls, with automated bell schedules and lockdown alerts.

Offices & Healthcare

Discreet ceiling speakers and clear announcements for offices, clinics, and care facilities, with emergency alerting.

Multi-building & Government

Indoor and outdoor coverage across separate buildings and secure sites, all on one network.

The NetBell line

Real hardware, built to last

Choose the speaker that fits each space. Add a controller and inputs as your system needs them.

NETBELL H30-709

Horn Speaker 30W

For warehouses, factories, and outdoors. Cuts through high ambient noise across large areas.

NETBELL CM-600

Ceiling Speaker 30W

Flush drop-tile mount for offices, classrooms, and retail. Even, clear indoor coverage.

NETBELL WM-042

Wall Speaker 20W

Surface-mount for hallways and rooms without ceiling access. Focused forward projection.

More than paging

One platform, every announcement

Add capabilities as you need them, all managed from the same web controller.

Scheduled bells & tones

Automate break, shift, and class bells with up to 500 scheduled events, 40+ built-in tones, and 10 hours of custom messages.

Emergency & mass notification

One-touch alerts, drills, and fire-alarm tie-in to reach everyone the moment it matters.

Background music

Stream music or audio to the floor between announcements from any line-in source.

Two-way intercom

Add door stations and call boxes for live talk-back wherever you need it.

Zone-based paging

Target one zone, a group, or the whole facility, with separate announcements playing in different areas at once.

Priority broadcast

Emergency pages automatically override music and live announcements, so critical alerts always cut through.

  • PoE / PoE+ switch: 802.3at, 30W per speaker
  • Cabling: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m (328 ft) per run
  • IGMP snooping: switch must support it for multicast audio

  • Recommended: dedicated VLAN, gigabit uplinks, and QoS for audio (about 192 kbps per active stream)
  • Horn speakers: 12/24VDC or PoE, 30W
  • Ceiling speakers: 12/24VDC or PoE, 30W

IP speakers (NACT): download the free Network Audio Configuration Tool, discover speakers on the network, assign them to groups and set volumes, then link your scheduling and paging modules. Start broadcasting.

SIP speakers (web interface): configure the Netbell-NTG-B for bell scheduling and emergency messages, connect the Netbell-AU-711-SIP to your VoIP system, assign SIP speakers to groups, and page from your phones.

  • VoIP / SIP: Cisco, Avaya, 3CX, and other SIP-compatible systems
  • Fire alarm systems: via Netbell-NTG-B digital inputs

Frequently asked

It depends on the space. Horn speakers suit manufacturing, warehouses, and outdoor areas that need loud, directional sound. Wall speakers are best for hallways and corridors, or where ceiling height makes overhead mounting impractical. Ceiling speakers drop into standard tile ceilings for offices and classrooms. Not sure? Build My System sizes and picks them for you.
Choose IP speakers for simple, budget-friendly standalone PA systems with the lowest equipment cost (you can add a Netbell-AU-711-SIP gateway later if you ever need VoIP). Choose SIP speakers when flexibility and universal compatibility matter, since they register directly to any SIP system with no vendor lock-in. The System Builder makes this choice for you based on your setup.
It depends on how you page. For entrances, an IP intercom terminal. For zoned live paging, the Netbell-MIC-608G (3 zones) or Netbell-MIC-813 (advanced multi-zone). For phone-system paging, a VoIP gateway. For external audio sources, an IP audio broadcast terminal. For employee announcements, an IP call box.
Add the Netbell-NTG-B controller. It handles programmable break-time scheduling, automated reminders, and emergency or drill playback with custom pre-recorded messages.
No. SIP speakers work with any SIP audio source, not just VoIP phones. That includes intercoms, emergency systems, and building automation.
Yes. That is the advantage of standards-based SIP. Netbell SIP speakers work with any other SIP 2.0 compliant speaker, so you are never locked to one vendor.
Add a local emergency push-button set wired to the Netbell-NTG-B controller, or a network push-button set to trigger alerts remotely across the facility.
The Netbell Emergency Alert and Safety Paging System is built for factories and warehouses, with instant alerts, pre-recorded emergency messages, and live announcements loud enough to cut through noise.
Yes. The Netbell IP Paging Intercom Bell System is used by many schools as a budget-friendly option for bells, announcements, and emergency alerts.
Yes. Add IP speakers to new areas at any time over the network. A Netbell-BT-105 can also bring modern IP speakers into a facility that still uses analog speakers via a line-output connection, so you keep what works.
Yes. The Netbell-NTG-B controller has 4 digital inputs (5 to 24VDC or dry contact) that can trigger assigned messages from a sprinkler system or other equipment.
Yes, if your VoIP system has a mobile softphone app. Pair it with SIP speakers and an AU-711-SIP gateway to page from your phone.
