Overview
The iTrixx-Ultra 300 is a network hour meter built on Linortek’s most advanced controller, adding MQTT, hardware-based encryption, HTTPS, and encrypted email to standard runtime tracking — a strong fit for teams that want equipment data collected remotely with extra security. It’s a self-contained machine hour meter for industrial, manufacturing, and equipment rental operations that need to log operating hours for preventive maintenance without visiting each machine. Housed in a DIN-rail-mountable, PoE-enabled enclosure, it has two digital inputs, two analog inputs, and two relay outputs, and the hour recording can be triggered by power, a digital input, or a relay. Each device runs two meters, so you can track uptime and downtime separately. Readings push out over MQTT, RESTful API, JSON, or XML. A secure, affordable equipment hour meter.
How It Works
- Mount the meter on or near your equipment and choose how it counts: by power input (wire it to the same power source as the equipment — when it’s powered, it’s counting), by digital/analog input (a 5–24VDC sensor or a current sensor detects the on/off state), or by relay output (the meter follows a relay).
- Connect the meter to your network — Ethernet by cable, or WiFi with a quick browser/Telnet setup.
- Install the free HourCollector desktop or mobile app. The meter reports its runtime automatically and the app saves it to a CSV file for history and reporting.
- Set scheduled email reports and maintenance alerts — you’ll get a notification or an audible/visual alert when a machine is due for service.
