Overview
The Netbell-AU-711 is an IP-enabled audio broadcast terminal that connects external audio sources to your IP paging system. Use it to bring in background music from an MP3 player, live announcements from a microphone, or scheduled break-time tones and emergency messages from a Netbell-NTG tone generator. It has a 10/100 Ethernet interface, up to 48kHz/192kbps audio, a mic input, a line input, and a line output for an external amplifier, plus a relay output so you can trigger a strobe light for visual alerts. It supports broadcast, multicast, and unicast across up to 7 groups, with DHCP or static IP and browser-based setup. A flexible bridge for building a facility-wide IP paging system.
How It Works
- Connect the terminal to your network and to your audio source (MP3 player, microphone, or a Netbell-NTG).
- Connect your IP speakers, or an external amplifier via the line output.
- Configure broadcast, multicast, or unicast groups from any web browser.
- Trigger announcements, or wire a strobe light to the relay output for visual alerts.
