Overview
The iTrixx-Ultra 300-C is a wired equipment hour meter kit that pairs an iTrixx-Ultra 300 Ethernet controller with a clamp-on current sensor, so you can monitor a machine’s on/off runtime simply by clamping the sensor around its AC power wire — no wiring changes needed. When current crosses your preset threshold, the meter counts, and the dual meters let you separate powered-on uptime from active runtime. It’s a reliable machine hour meter for generators, water pumps, semiconductor machines, and other equipment where a clean trigger source is hard to find. With its built-in task builder you can set up to 32 conditions to watch energy use, catch overloads, and fire alerts, and with MQTT and encryption support it drops into a secure data pipeline. An affordable, secure equipment hour meter.
How It Works
- Mount the meter on or near your equipment and choose how it counts: by power input (wire it to the same power source as the equipment — when it’s powered, it’s counting), by digital/analog input (a 5–24VDC sensor or a current sensor detects the on/off state), or by relay output (the meter follows a relay).
- Connect the meter to your network — Ethernet by cable, or WiFi with a quick browser/Telnet setup.
- Install the free HourCollector desktop or mobile app. The meter reports its runtime automatically and the app saves it to a CSV file for history and reporting.
- Set scheduled email reports and maintenance alerts — you’ll get a notification or an audible/visual alert when a machine is due for service.
