Overview
The iTrixx-NHM is an easy-to-use network hour meter for logging the runtime of stationary equipment like engines, pumps, compressors, generators, and motors, so you can keep expensive machines on a proper maintenance schedule. Built on Linortek’s TCP/IP web-based platform, it lets you monitor any machine from a standard browser or the free desktop app — no additional software and no monthly fees. Housed in a DIN-rail-mountable enclosure, it has two digital inputs, two relay outputs, and an analog input, and the meter can be triggered by power, a digital input, or a relay. Runtime data logs automatically to a CSV file, reports can be emailed daily, weekly, or monthly, and you get an alert when a machine is due for service. A reliable, affordable equipment hour meter for tracking machine uptime and downtime.
How It Works
- Mount the meter on or near your equipment and choose how it counts: by power input (wire it to the same power source as the equipment — when it’s powered, it’s counting), by digital/analog input (a 5–24VDC sensor or a current sensor detects the on/off state), or by relay output (the meter follows a relay).
- Connect the meter to your network — Ethernet by cable, or WiFi with a quick browser/Telnet setup.
- Install the free HourCollector desktop or mobile app. The meter reports its runtime automatically and the app saves it to a CSV file for history and reporting.
- Set scheduled email reports and maintenance alerts — you’ll get a notification or an audible/visual alert when a machine is due for service.
