The iTrixx-Evo is a web-based monitoring and alert solution that is built on the Ultra 300 Ethernet I/O controller product platform with specially designed software for temperature monitoring. It can be used to monitor temperature, humidity/dew point, power status, door position status and more with the digital inputs and analog inputs. With the condition-logic task builder, you can set up your data logging based on timed intervals and/or condition logic for automated temperature logging. The logged temperature data can be downloaded from the Logs page which can be used for maintaining compliance with FDA requirements to maintain food temperatures in commercial cooler and freezers. No more manually logging temperature data by hand! It’s a simple yet cost-effective monitoring solution to help protect valuable equipment or other important assets, minimizing downtime and reducing losses if conditions change or a disaster occurs.
The iTrixx-Evo controller is housed in a Din-rail mountable enclosure (To mount the iTrixx-Evo onto a DIN rail, you will need to purchase a DIN Rail Mount Clip separately). It has 2 relay outputs (Dry contact, signal relay, 1 Form C, 1A @ 30VDC), 2 optically isolated digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 temperature & humidity sensor input.
How it works
To use the iTrixx-Evo to monitor temperature & humidity for server closets, computer rooms, data centers, and any environment where control of a sensitive environment is crucial, you can simply connect the digital temperature & humidity sensor to the USB sensor connector, then login to the software from your web browser to setup your temperature range for alerts – you can even specify an amount of time that your temperature sensor is out of range before the alerts are triggered, this eliminates the false alarms so you only hear about real problems.
To monitor your commercial freezers or coolers, select your preferred thermistor probe type, connect it to one of the analog inputs, setup your data logging interval and/or programmable logic to simplify compliance records today!
With the digital inputs, one that can be used for a door contact switch and the other for power monitoring if needed. In addition to the inputs there are two built-in relay outputs that can be used to control signal devices such as a bell or strobe light for audible/visual alerts.
