Overview
The eIO-RTU-08RL relay module adds eight signal relays to your eIO-RTU system for controlling lights, motors, solenoids, alarms, and other devices. It plugs onto the eIO-RTU-CPU through the DIN-rail connector, which carries both power and data, and the CPU detects it automatically — the new relays appear in the web interface with no manual setup. Up to two relay modules can connect to one CPU for 16 additional relays. Each relay can be driven by conditional logic, schedules, pulses, or the web interface, and states can publish over MQTT. A clean, plug-and-play expansion for industrial, building-automation, water, and agriculture control. (Requires an eIO-RTU-CPU module.)
How It Works
- Plug the module onto your eIO-RTU-CPU through the DIN-rail connector — it’s hot-pluggable.
- The CPU auto-detects it; the new I/O appears in the web interface with no configuration.
- Wire your devices or sensors to the new relays or inputs.
- Control or monitor them from the eIO-RTU-CPU’s web interface.
