Remote Hour Meter/Usage Tracking
Linortek Network Hour Meter is an ease-of-use, network enabled, custom developed hour meter that can be used as a monitoring and alerting system for tracking expensive equipment or systems runtime to assure proper maintenance. With the NHM, you can connect your offline equipment to the Internet and collect the equipment runtime data over a network or the Internet. You get accurate, instantaneous readings of your equipment with a simple click – without getting out of your chair. It’s an ideal solution for monitoring any type of stationary equipment such as engines, motors, generators, pumps, manufacturing machinery and servers. The product also has an optional external sensor for monitoring temperature & humidity.
Real-Time Data Acquisition and Alerting
The Network Hour Meter is built on Linortek TCP/IP web-based product platform housed in a Din-rail mountable enclosure, which can connect to the LAN through a network cable. It equips with 2 digital inputs (5-24VDC), 2 relay outputs (1-Form-A relays 110/220 10A dry contact), 1 analog input for temperature & humidity monitoring and specially designed software that functions as an hour meter. The hour recording can be triggered by different ways: relay output, digital input or voltage input.
If you want to receive audible or visual notifications when a specific hour is reached, connect a buzzer or light to one of the built-in relays and once the preset hour is reached you can have that relay turn on, alerting you when maintenance is required. A real-time email notification can be easily setup on hour meter setting page.
Central Data Monitoring Desk App
With Linortek Network Hour Meter, whether you are maintaining one piece of equipment or multiple pieces, you can now monitor all equipment run time data from our HourMeter Collector program on a PC. The HourMeter Collector program is special designed App that can be used to monitor multiple devices from one simple interface without the needs of logging in to the devices. It will collect the hour runtime every 2 minutes automatically by default. When you run the HourMeter Collector for the first time, it will generate a CSV_FILE folder with your Hour Meter Logs details, which you can use to import to your own management system.
Data Integration and Management
For anyone who needs to incorporate the hour readings into their own management database you can transfer the data automatically with the RESTful API or polled over a TCP connection using XML calls and your proprietary app, or simply use the CSV file that is saved on the PC from the HourCollector App, to manage equipment across single or multiple locations.
