Page the right zone

Send an operations update to one production line, a maintenance area, shipping, or the whole plant. A Netbell IP microphone can page selected endpoints and groups; connect your VoIP phone system with the paging system if needed.

Choose speakers for the space

Use high-output IP horn speakers for open or noisy production spaces. Select wall or ceiling speakers for offices, corridors, and break rooms. Speaker counts and placement depend onceiling height, equipment noise, and layout. One horn speaker can cover up to 10,000 sq. ft. in open areas.

Breaks and shift changes on schedule

Add the Netbell-NTG-B for scheduled tones and prerecorded announcements. Set regular shifts, breaks, maintenance reminders, and planned drills through its web-based scheduling software.

Built-in emergency alert system
Your industrial PA system can also serve as your employee emergency alarm system. Set up distinct tones and prerecorded instructions for evacuation, hazmat, severe weather, or any other emergency at your site. Connect third-party systems through the digital inputs or RESTful API so alarms go out automatically.

Keep your existing system

Expanding a production building doesn’t mean replacing a paging system that still works. Use the Netbell-BT-105 to bridge your existing analog PA system to the Netbell IP audio network. Keep the zones that still work and add IP speakers and features as needed.

Netbell handles the audible page. VidiMax can show shift information, line status, production targets, and safety instructions on compatible TVs and monitors during the workday. For a configured urgent event, selected screens can switch to a priority visual message while the Netbell system delivers the corresponding audio.

How It works

An Easy-to-Install Industrial PA System

Save thousands on professional installation costs with easy setup requiring just basic tools that your maintenance team can handle.

1
Map your zones

Identify speaker installation locations based on noise levels, where workers wear hearing protection, and where staff need visual messages.

2
Connect the devices

Run Cat5e/Cat6 cable to the speaker locations. Connect the IP microphone and controller to the same network as your speakers.

3
Configure paging and alerts

Use the free NACT desktop app to discover speakers, set groups, and adjust volume. Configure the NTG-B for scheduled events and emergency messages.

Which Products are Right for You?

Every business has unique communication requirements. Whether you need a simple IP paging system or a specialized system that integrates with your existing PLCs to trigger custom audio alerts, we have the components to build your ideal solution.

An industrial PA system is a paging and public address system built for the noise and scale of a factory or plant, used for live announcements, automatic shift and break bells, and emergency alerts. The Netbell industrial PA system uses PoE IP speakers, so each speaker needs just one network cable for both power and audio – no separate amplifiers or speaker wiring.

An industrial PA system is heard over machinery when it uses horn speakers rather than standard ceiling speakers. The Netbell-H30-709 IP horn speakers produce 122 dB (Pmax/1 m) of focused, directional sound, and zoning concentrates that coverage on the loudest areas of the plant.

The Netbell industrial PA system provides the distinctive, facility-wide employee alarm that OSHA 29 CFR 1910.165 requires. Pre-recorded evacuation, hazmat, and active-shooter messages can be triggered by push button, by the QuickAction desktop app, or automatically by an integrated fire or security system.

An emergency alert on the Netbell system can be triggered five ways: the QuickAction desktop app, a wired push button, network push buttons placed around the building, a wireless key fob, or automatically through a fire or security system connected via the RESTful API. VidiMax also broadcasts National Weather Service warnings automatically.

Workers in hearing protection are reached by pairing audible alerts with visual ones. VidiMax displays the same emergency message on screens and LED displays across the plant floor, so an evacuation or hazmat warning is seen as well as heard.

The Netbell industrial PA system has no recurring cost. There are no monthly fees, no subscriptions, and no licensing – the controller has a built-in web server, so you manage the system from a standard browser.

Emergency Alert System for Industrial Facilities — Audible & Visual

Absolutely. The Netbell-BT-105 allows you to add modern IP speakers to new areas of your facility while keeping your existing analog paging system exactly as it is. Simply connect the BT-105 to your current amplifiers via its line output, then add IP speakers over your network – no need to trace old wiring or reconfigure your existing setup. This makes expansion simple and cost-effective as your facility grows.

Yes, the Netbell-NTG-B controller has four digital inputs (5-24 VDC or dry contact). Wire one to your sprinkler system and assign a message to that input.

Yes, if your VoIP system has mobile softphone apps. With SIP speakers or or the AU-711-SIP gateway, any device that can call your paging extension will work.
