Most of our controllers use HTTP. Some browsers may block HTTP pages due to security settings. If you’re having trouble accessing the web interface, try the following:

Option 1: Use a different browser. Some browsers, like Chrome and Edge, block HTTP content more aggressively. Try using Firefox, which is generally more permissive with local HTTP connections.

Option 2: Bypass the warning. If you see a message like “Your connection is not private”, you can safely bypass it when connecting to our device: Click “Advanced” or “More Info” then Click “Proceed to the site”. This is safe for our controllers, as you’re connecting within your local network—not to the internet.

Option 3 (Firefox): Disable HTTPS-Only mode. Navigate to your browser’s settings, go to Privacy & Security, scroll down to HTTPS-Only Mode and select Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode

Option 4 (Chrome): Allow Insecure Content. Click the padlock icon in the address bar, click “Site settings“, find “Insecure content“, set to “Allow“, then reload the page.
