Make sure you have downloaded the current version of Java, this can be found here; http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp. You may also need to restart your computer after you do this, so all java files automatically use Java program. If you still having issues with running the app, please use Jarfix app (for Windows only) to fix Java issues by running the app.
