I purchased 3 Netbell systems for our manufacturing plant. First, the buzzers work great and have helped our breaks start and stop much more consistently. Even more, their customer support is INCREDIBLE. Maria is the best I've ever been helped with. She first helped me get everything wired and installed myself. About a year later, she helped me on the live chat on their website and she walked me through everything so well. Everyone dreads customer support. With this company and Maria, it is actually super helpful. You don't wait forever. You don't wait for responses. You are dealing with really brilliant and personable people. I'm just super impressed.

I will make mine short. we had issues with trying to get connected to our network. Maria one of the support techs helped me out for about 4 hours trying to get it connected to our network. after exhausting all our options we found out that with our upgraded network we needed to get IT involved to let this device talk to network. now it is just a matter of getting all the timers dialed in and putting it in operation.

The school I work for has been using a Linortek bell system for years and we just upgraded to a new bell/PA system combo. We're still in the process of installation but so far, they have been super helpful in answering all our questions and talking us through details, and I have been very happy with the quality of the new system in my initial testing.
