Monitor equipment uptime, get instant downtime alerts, and automate maintenance notification — all through one self-contained device that integrates with your existing equipment. No software subscriptions or third-party servers required with a remote hour meter.
The self-contained, network-enabled iTrixx equipment hour meter logs runtime for industrial equipment, allowing you to monitor usage remotely. It’s a cost-effective solution for monitoring:
Access your equipment data remotely over the Internet without additional software or monthly fees. Schedule customized reports delivered directly to your inbox daily, weekly, or monthly.
The iTrixx equipment runtime meter connects your offline equipment to the network so you can monitor the data remotely or integrate the data to your system automatically if needed. The hour counter can be activated in three different ways: digital input, power input, and relay output.
Digital inputs are the most reliable and recommended method for triggering the meter. You can connect the digital input to any circuit on the machine that turns on/off the machine to activate the counter. Most industrial equipment uses PLCs or control systems that can provide 5-24VDC output signals, you can also use these output signals to trigger the meter. Common digital output sources include:
– PLC digital output modules
– Machine control relays
– Machine state outputs
– Production line sensors
– Equipment status indicators
The Ultra 300 is the latest development of Linortek web-enabled I/O controller with MQTT protocol, hardware-based encryption, supports HTTPS connections, encrypted email servers, CAN interface, increase in RAM and FLASH memories. The iTrixx-Ultra 300 is a housed unit with a DIN rail mountable enclosure that can be snapped onto DIN rail or attached to any flat surface such as a wall or under a counter, built-in web-based software for runtime tracking. The hour recording can be triggered by relay output, digital input or voltage input. It has 2 relay outputs (Dry contact, signal relay,2 Form C, 1A @ 30VDC), 2 optically isolated digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 temperature & humidity sensor input.

The iTrixx-NHM is a housed unit in a Din-rail mountable enclosure, built-in web-based software for runtime tracking. The hour recording can be triggered by relay output, digital input or voltage input. It equips with 2 digital inputs (5-24VDC), 2 relay outputs (1-Form-A relays 48VAC@8A max, dry contact), 1 analog input for temperature & humidity monitoring.

Once you install the iTrixx on your machine and connect it to your network, it will get an IP address automatically from your router, put the IP address to your web browser to access the software for initial setup to quickly discover equipment uptime and usage data from the web browser or the HourCollector desktop app. Automatically trigger alerts to respond quickly to equipment failure and improve machine efficiencies.
There are two meter counters built-in on the software with independent trigger. You can use one for uptime, one for downtime, or one for machine usage tracking, one for counter of stops of the machine. With the built-in condition-logic task builder allows you to create custom “Tasks” for simple and advanced control logic. Easily create tasks based on inputs or outputs status. Create up to three actions for each task providing you with the ultimate control and monitoring solution for your application!

MQTT is a simple messaging protocol, designed for constrained devices with low-bandwidth. So, it’s the perfect solution for Internet of Things applications. MQTT allows you to send commands to control outputs, read and publish data from sensor nodes and much more. The new development provides a standard method of communication for iTrixx to reliably communicate data across networks with any IoT platform and applications, it makes it really easy to establish a communication between iTrixx and other devices, enables iTrixx become a standard product in IIoT arena for data acquisition.
We understand that busy floor managers and maintenance professionals can’t always be tied to a desk. That’s why we’ve developed powerful mobile and desktop apps to keep you informed on the move. With iTrixx®, you’re always in control, whether you’re on the factory floor, in the office, or on the go.

Monitor your machine data anytime, anywhere. Perfect for floor managers who need real-time information at their fingertips.

Automatically saves data from all iTrixx devices on your network to a CSV file, simplifying data analysis and system integration.

Our most advanced app, designed for multi-location monitoring. Connect to an MQTT broker to track all your devices, regardless of their physical location.

Since 90 percent of machine maintenance is based upon hours instead of calendar, the iTrixx is an ideal tool for keeping up with preventative maintenance schedules. This device can help extend the life cycle and performance of powered equipment as well as tracking a range of equipment across a warehouse, construction site, or multi-location company. The iTrixx® Wireless Hour Meter has proven its value across various industries.
Yes – our HourMeter Collector desktop application allows you to:
No – your meter works completely independently of Internet connectivity. All counting and data are saved locally on the device itself. Your meter will continue to track time and maintain all your settings even during Internet outages.
The only function for the battery onboard is to power the board’s internal clock. All settings and meter information are safely stored in permanent memory, so no data will be lost if the battery drains. When machines are powered back on after maintenance, a fully depleted battery will recharge automatically within 5 hours.
Power consumption varies based on relay usage: Standard operation: 90-100 mA; with both relays active: 120-130 mA
