Linortek Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Linor Technology, Inc. (“Linortek”) website www.linortek.com (the “Website”) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linortek. By using the Website, placing an order, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Copyright and Trademarks
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation, is the property of Linortek and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The trademarks “Netbell,” “iTrixx,” “IoTMeter,” and “Linortek” are registered trademarks of Linor Technology, Inc.
2.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Website for personal or business purposes
- Print and download materials for personal use, provided copyright notices remain intact
- Create hyperlinks to our homepage with prior written consent
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or its content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
3.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product availability, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before processing your order.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and credit approval by Linortek. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated on the invoice or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A monthly service charge of 1.5% (or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less) may be applied to overdue accounts.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico) and international destinations. Shipping terms include:
- Free shipping on orders over $300 within the continental United States
- Flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $300
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day
- International orders: flat rate of $65 per order
5.2 Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our facility. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
5.3 Delays in Delivery
Linortek is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, supplier failures, COVID-19-related disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for consequential or special damages arising from delivery delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@linortek.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in “as-new” condition or missing parts
- Custom or specially ordered products
7. Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINORTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linortek, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Act. You will not disclose or re-export any technical data without proper authorization from the U.S. Office of Export Control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government actions.
14. Modifications to Terms
Linortek reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linortek regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
